The website advertises chauffeur and related operational services in Switzerland. It does not sell products or take payment online. A quote request starts a conversation about a possible service; it is not an online purchase.
Data you send us directly
The quote form requires your name, email address, pickup and destination. You may also provide a phone number, journey date and time, passenger count and notes. Telegram receives the messages and account information you provide when you contact us there. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, device, request and diagnostic data. Your language and cookie choices are stored in your browser.
Why we use the data and our legal bases
We use enquiry details to answer you, prepare a quote and take steps you request before a possible service agreement. If a ride is arranged, we use the necessary information to provide it and meet legal obligations. We use limited technical data to keep the website secure and reliable based on our legitimate interests. Analytics and advertising technologies are used only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you accept analytics. It helps us understand visits, page use, approximate location, device information and interactions with quote buttons. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or journey details as analytics parameters. Google acts as a service provider for this processing.
Advertising and remarketing
If Google Ads is active, advertising and remarketing tags load only after you accept advertising. They may measure quote-request actions and help show relevant ads to previous visitors. Parameters are limited to page language, button location and page path; names, contact details and journey details are not intentionally sent.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary storage remembers your language and cookie choice. Cloudflare may set the necessary __cf_bm security cookie for up to 30 minutes to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse. Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads storage remains blocked until the corresponding consent is given. You can change or withdraw optional consent through Cookie settings at any time.
Who receives data
We disclose only what is necessary to providers that help run the service: Lovable and Cloudflare for website hosting and security; Supabase for storing quote requests; Google for consented analytics or advertising; and Telegram when you choose that channel. If a service is arranged, relevant details may be shared with the assigned driver or operational partner. We do not sell personal data.
Processing outside Switzerland
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, an approved certification framework or contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Provider privacy terms may also apply when you leave vipgo.ch, for example to use Telegram.
How long we keep data
Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for no more than 365 days. Information needed for an arranged service, disputes, accounting or other legal obligations may be kept longer for the applicable statutory period. Google Analytics event and user data is set to the maximum standard retention of 14 months. Cookie choices remain in your browser until you change them or clear browser storage; security and provider logs follow the provider's documented operational periods.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where applicable, your local European data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before answering a request.
